Damilola Adegbite is a Nigerian actress, model and television personality. She was born in Surulere, Lagos State, attended Queen’s College in Yaba Lagos and studied Business Administration at Bowen University in Iwo, Osun State.
Her acting debut was in the award-winning soap opera Tinsel where she played as Thelema Duke from 2008 to 2012. Her role gained her admiration and recognition in the Nigerian Entertainment scene. She went on to win ‘Best Actress in a TV Series’ at the 2011 Nigeria Entertainment Awards. She also featured in TV Series Before 30 as Temi.
She has also ventured into Theatre and stage plays and had a role in the theatre adaptation of ‘The V Monologues’
She has also appeared in TV commercials and hosted programs on TV.

Damilola is a vlogger, she shares bits about her life and experiences through her Youtube channel. She also launched a cause called ‘Project Alpha Woman’; a fitness and wellness initiative for women using the ‘Exercise to music’ approach. While launching the project, she explained that her passion for exercise through music developed when she was diagnosed with a severe case of stomach ulcer and she took that route to power through that period of her life.
In 2017, Damilola shared through her Instagram and Youtube channel; how undergoing a surgery made her have a better understanding of the fragility of life. Afterwards, there were rumours of a breakup between her and her husband, Chris Attoh and it was refuted ambiguously by the husband. However, by late 2017, the divorce between her and the husband was made public by Chris Attoh in an interview he granted.
Currently living in Lagos, Nigeria; She has a son, Brian with fellow actor, Chris Attoh.
