If you are 16 years old and above and you have your mobile phone number registered by Fidelity SMS alerts service, and any of Fidelity debit cards, click on “Create my account” and follow the on-screen instructions. A verification code will be sent to the registered mobile phone with your account number with the bank.
After you receive the verification code, follow the steps on the screen to register. You will need to use your debit card for Fidelity or visit the bank’s nearest branch to activate your online banking profile. Once this is done, you can immediately start using your bank account online.
