Installation And Setup Process on Apple Products
- To activate the Touch ID on compatible Apple devices:
- Log in to the Sterling Bank & Trust Mobile Banking application
- Tap Settings> Security Preferences
- Activate or deactivate the Touch ID button
- Review the Touch ID details and click Continue
- Enter your current user ID and password and click Authorize
- Place the finger or thumb used for your device on the Home button
- The Touch ID button should now be displayed as “On”
- The next time you use the application, use Touch ID to log in.
